Aztra provides an online platform that allows users to search, compare, and book bus tickets for various routes across Sri Lanka. We facilitate the booking process between passengers and bus operators but are not the direct service provider for transportation services.
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about bus schedules, routes, and availability. However, this information is subject to change by the bus operators, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy at all times.
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or violates these Terms.
When you make a booking through our Service, you are entering into a contract with the bus operator for the provision of transportation services. We act as an intermediary facilitating this contract.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS containing your ticket details and a unique booking reference. You must present this confirmation or reference at the time of travel.
All payments made through our Service are processed securely. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method specified.
Prices displayed include the ticket fare and our service fee. Additional charges may apply and will be clearly indicated before payment.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by bus operator. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking will be displayed during the booking process and included in your booking confirmation.
To request a cancellation or refund, you must follow the procedures outlined in your booking confirmation or contact our customer service. Processing times for refunds depend on your payment method and the bus operatorapos;s policies.
When using our Service, you agree not to:
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

We are not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties, including bus operators. You release us from any claims and damages arising out of or in connection with any disputes with bus operators or other third parties.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aztra and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Sri Lanka.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
